We are a family-owned Janesville based carpet cleaning company that has served the Janesville WI area since 1994. My name is Ron and I am the owner. One thing that sets us apart from other carpet cleaning companies in Janesville is that I personally work each job. This allows me to control the quality of cleaning that few others can match. We are also fully bonded and insured.
Steam Cleaning Process
Steam cleaning is the best 'wet' carpet cleaning method. Steam cleaning heats water to the point that some of it is steam. The steam cleaner forces the steam and hot water into the carpet under pressure, to reach deep down and is then immediately sucked back up with all that dirt and grime.
Steam cleaning, too, has a few methods. Home steam cleaners look like large vacuums and will clean your carpet, but just not at the high temperatures professional steamers reach. Plus, if your cleaner doesn't extract well, it can take a few days for the carpet to completely dry if you don't use fans to help dry. Days of moist carpet can lead to mold or mildew formation.
R&R is the best company we have ever used. Ron is on time, experienced, and he shows pride in his work.

Ron, thank you very much for cleaning my carpets and upholstery. My boyfriend, who is allergic to animals, has had absolutely no problems with the couch-which is a sure sign that you cleaned very thoroughly.
Ron, thank you for the excellent service you provided for us. We thought we would have had to give an $800 carpet allowance when we sold our house, but after you cleaned them, we sold it as is.

I have used R&R many times over the last four years. They are detailed and thorough in their work, they clean up after themselves, they do what you ask them to, and don't push you to do anything additional. They are pleasant to deal with, show up on time as schedule, and are extremely reasonable from a price perspective. I keep going back to them because I am pleased with the price quality relationship.

Our 12 Step Cleaning Process
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have about your cleaning.
2: Commercial Pre-vacuum
Dry soil is removed from the carpet by thoroughly commercially power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process.
3: Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items off the areas we are cleaning. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces cost extra to move. One of our consultants can quote the exact cost to move any heavier pieces.
A pre-conditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough carpet cleaning.
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
6: Pre-grooming/Power Agitation
A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil.
7: Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.
9: Post Spot
Any spots or stains still remaining in the carpet will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. * For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet.
10: Post Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional carpet groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.
11: Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.
12: Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the cleaning job.
